How it works?

How it works

•označiť základný centrovací bod „C“ - môže to byť ľubovoľný bod, odporúčame zvoliť antropometricky známe body (napr. pri hodnotení postúry z frontálnej roviny dorsálne - krčný stavec C7),

•mark second centering point „D“ anywhere, which is at each measurement equidistant from the basepoint "C" (for example: constantly 5 cm),

• mark other points selected for the diagnosis,

• make a photo-record, copy it to the BA program and perform an analysis under the established procedure,

• save measurement and numerical values,

• when the control or repeated measurements are done, compare results.

A simple camera is enough

You need just an ordinary camera and tripod to work with the Body Analyzer. We recommend a camera with the option of sequences so that we can diagnose in the statics and dynamics.

Take a client’s photo

Mark the anthropometric points that you selected, with a marker on the body of a client (for example: spine, the top angle of the blades...) and take a photograph of the client.

Upload the photo into Body Analyzer

After completing basic client’s registration, upload photo record that you selected and you can start to diagnose..

Diagnose

When working in Body Analyzer software interface :

• mark basic centering point „C“ – this can be any point, we recommend choosing anthropometric known points (for example in the evaluation of posture of the dorsal frontal plane - cervical vertebra C7),

• mark second centering point „D“ anywhere, which is at each measurement equidistant from the basepoint "C" (for example: constantly 5 cm),

• mark other points selected for the diagnosis,

• save measurement and numerical values,

• based on the record, evaluate the existing condition.

Use diagnostics database

In case of buying the VIP version of Body Analyzer diagnostics, you automatically receive an access to the database of most commonly used diagnostic procedures. Currently available diagnostic procedures are for these areas:

• cervical spine
• thoracic spine
• lumbar spine
• ankle joint
• knee joint
• femoral joint
• wrist joint
• elbow joint
• shoulder joint
• postural system

Archive and monitor changes

When the control or repeated measurements are done, compare results. Diagnostic Software Body Analyzer is able to numerically evaluate each selected measurement. Since the measured values are numeric, comparison of individual measurements is more accurate and objective, and there is the possibility of visual comparison.

Diagnostic helps:
• identify musculoskeletal disorders
• determine movement and postural stereotypes
• develop a movement program
• make an objective assessment measurement and evaluate rehabilitative, preventive and training program
• improve communication with client (The client has an access to diagnostic results, what improves the cooperation during a therapy.)
